Ireland needs indigenous pastors who are committed to the truth and life-changing power of the gospel for the glory of God and the good of the Irish people. Serge believes that training and supporting Irish leaders to multiply churches is one of the most vital ways to work toward a future of flourishing and kingdom growth in Ireland.

In conjunction with mentoring and consistent communication with Serge Ireland, the Irish Church Planters Fund (ICPF) provides partial subsidies as start-up grants for planting and long-term health of new churches across Ireland. By God's grace, Serge Ireland has implemented this partnership with five different pastors in the past ten years.

The fund also helps provide resources for Irish church planters and their spouses to continue their theological education, attend church planting conferences, and be refreshed in the gospel through retreats and seminars.
