Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in a Christian family, Jennifer grew up in the church. She came to know Christ at a young age and learned about various missionaries that her church supported. Multiple opportunities to participate in short-term mission trips as a teenager deepened her understanding of faith and opened the door to explore missions further. With a heart for hurting people and the needs of the global church, Jennifer graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work in May of 2015, aiming to enter the mission field "one day."

Feeling the call to explore missions more deeply, Jennifer participated in the Serge summer intern program in London during the summer of 2017. God had a hold of her heart for missions in “post-church” cultures and she completed the two-year Serge Apprenticeship in Dublin, Ireland.

Jennifer fell in love with the island of Ireland, the people, and opportunities to love and serve in the name of Jesus. Her work in the Irish church and various ministries, as well as the work that Serge is doing in this context led Jennifer to pursue further mission work with the organization.

Jennifer is excited to join Serge's team in Belfast, Northern Ireland as a team member for a 5-year term. Her focus will be on facilitative gospel renewal and youth outreach: encouraging and empowering local church and ministry leaders to love and serve their communities well and share the hope of the Gospel with young people.

She can't wait to see how God works through her and utilizes her unique gifts and experiences to love and serve the people of Belfast.
