"For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea." (Hab 2:14).When Jeremy and Gina were married in 1995, cross-cultural missions was nowhere in their plans. After graduating from Reformed Theological Seminary, Jeremy served for 10 years as a church planter and pastor in the Piedmont Triad region of NC. There, God opened the Sinks' eyes to the need for experienced pastors to help plant new churches among the Japanese, where less than one percent of the population is Christian. The Sinks arrived in Japan in 2012 with Joshua, Josiah, and Garrett. They work closely with an international church plant called All Nations Fellowship where Jeremy currently serves as the lead pastor. Additionally, the Sinks are involved in mentoring and training young church planters and Christian leaders through partnerships with Christ Bible Institute and the Church Planting Institute of Japan. The work is hard, but the Sinks are encouraged by how the Spirit is working in Nagoya.
