Laura's longing in life and ministry is to bring Gospel light, healing and freedom to the dark and broken places of humanity and the world. Her role with Serge is focused on the care and equipping of Serge workers and non-Serge ministry leaders around the globe. This works itself out in missionary care and coaching; spiritual mentoring; and resource/training creation and editing.

Laura joined Serge's Member Care and Renewal teams in 2016 following overseas work with Serge in Ireland. She works remotely from Tyron, North Carolina, where Steve pastors Grace Foothills Church. She is mom to four (one of whom is with Jesus); mother-in-love to one; and Lola to Craton (12) and Blair (1).
