Since 2017, Ross and Aislinn have lived in London, England, where they are helping to start a new church in a multi-ethnic area of the city alongside a group of American and British partners. In addition to leading a Serge ministry team, Ross works as a church planter, and Aislinn runs the team’s English (ESOL) classes. They both spend time in outreach and discipleship in the community. They’re passionate about seeing people know and live out of the love of Christ and seeing the church testify in word and deed to the glory of God and goodness of His Kingdom.

Ross and Aislinn, both native Floridians, met in Tampa in fourth grade. After finishing college and getting married, they spent a couple of years working in social work (Ross) and education (Aislinn), but couldn't ignore a call to cross-cultural ministry. They began to see this call fulfilled as they lived for two years in Asia. They have three children.

Ross holds a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando and is a teaching elder in the Presbyterian Church in America. Along with their kids, Ross and Aislinn love playing board games, exploring new places, camping, cooking (and eating!) good food, and laughing with friends.
